To 'the reflectors':
Hey,
I just wanted to share. My 10-year-old protege Wes (whose first experience
with ham radio was through Kid's Day in January) just called saying he
passed his license exam today.
I think he will probably grow up to be a contester just because of the
company he keeps, and I am sure he will shed as many letters of his call as
he can as quickly as possible.
Hats off to Tree and the Boring Amateur Radio Club for such brilliant and
far-seeing effort. Kid's Day is a good way to develop some real good hams
for our future.
