[kids] Next kid's day coming

The next Kid's day is on January 1st.  Check QST/CQ or whatever for
the details.  

We have improved the certificate printing process and I am happy to
announce that the certificates have already been printed and are 
ready for personalization.  Many thanks to the ARRL and K9IG for
their work to make this happen.
