Initially my daughters weren't all that interested in the event,
but the weather turned off nasty with snow and freezing rain. Since
we were essentially stranded for the duration it was easy to convince
them to try it. Once they did, they had a good time, almost against
their will. We didn't set the world on fire, but we were working with
an iced-over antenna and high SWR. Next June we'll have the girls
invite some friends over and make an afternoon out of it!

The ops @ KB9NDF were...
Rick	43	IN	Blue
Kim	13	IN	White
Becky	10	IN	Green

Stations worked
K4NR Tom 13	TX	Red
N2QLQ	Steve 49	NJ	Blue
WF0H Gus 12	MN	Blue
N3KTV	Jennifer	9	MD	No Fav.
W5RRR	Kent N/A	TX	Blue

KE1KD	Alyssa 10	NH	Green
K3CT Abby 13	PA	Blue

Special thanks to the W5RRR station for taking the time to talk to the
kids and give them words of encouragement to study hard. My daughter
Kim has made a point of telling anyone that will listen that she
worked NASA on dad's radio! Maybe she'll get he own ticket and quit
using mine! HI HI
