[kids] ARRL and Kid's Day

I have recently had discussions with a couple of ARRL directors about
the Kid's Day event and the possibility of the ARRL sponsoring it.

This would be a good thing for the event.  Looking at the pile of
SASEs stacking up has made me realize this thing is really taking
off!  Also, I didn't do such a good job last time getting things 
organized and we didn't get the certificates done - or the tee shirts
(yet).

I think the June event will happen as planned, and I will still be
involved as an advisor after that.

If you have strong opinions about this, you might let me, and or, your
ARRL director know.
