[kids] Certificates

Just a general note on how to get a participation certificate.

Send an SASE to the Boring Amateur Radio Club - 15125 SE Bartell Rd -
Boring, OR  97009 (the PO BOX 1357 address works as well).  Make sure
to put a note in with the junior operator's name(s).  We have improved
the certificate printing process and should be able to turn them around
in a day or two.

PS: We still have a few of the shirts left - but mostly in Kid's small
and medium sizes (ages 4 - 7).  They are $15 each.  We have green, gray
or baby blue.
