[Kids] Kids Day, echo sentiment to extend the time earlier ...and later

Folks,

Kids Day was a bit frustrating for my clan and local PARC 
(middle school) club. We had a little time just after our monthly meeting
on Saturday mornings in Eastern US, but that 
was b4 Kids Day started and no one responded to their calling
"CQ Kids Day" on area 2m repeaters.

Unlike the prior post, we didn't try 70cm - agreed there is a 
younger set more inclined to respond to young voices calling CQ 
there !

Just after dinner, got on HF (using W7DXX Internet Base, another 
story) and that worked well, but both my kids were having dinner 
and we were unable to get back onto HF until after end of the 
alloted time. 
 
I would urge that the Kids Day be extended at each end at least 
1 hour if not 2. It would be so much better for families all 
over US and Europe to span:

1600UTC Sat to 0200UTC Sun 

And to include the rest of the world, how about:

1600UTC Sat to 0800UTC Sun

Leaves a reasonable window of time for those all around the 
world !
