[Kids] 2008 Dates

Actually, the January date is a SUNDAY, not a Saturday.  This year,
the dates were January 7th and June 16th.  For 2008, the January Kids
Day will be on the 6th.

I don't know what the rule is for the June date (3rd Saturday? weekend
before Field Day?) but both result in the same date for 2008, June
21st.
