[Mldxcc] CQP scores

As noted in Kit's note...NCCC is not eligible for club competition in 
CQP. Those that are also members of Mother Lode DX/Contest Club should 
send scores (a copy of 3830 summary would work fine) to me at: 
k6lrn at arrl.net. Rick is holding deadline of 'Nugget' 'til tomorrow, so 
please send scores(claimed or otherwise) and 'war stories' ASAP.
