[Mldxcc] New CQP Reserve-Your-County web form now online

Thanks to the creative hard work of Denny, KX7M, and NCCC Webmaster
Ed, W0YK, we've got a brand new web form up for "Reserving Your
County" this year.  It's on the CQP Web site.  Just go to
http://www.cqp.org and you should be able to find it pretty quick.

I prefer that MLDXCC members (and others in California) wishing to be
listed on the "Reserve Your County" page use the new online form to
send me an email, rather than sending me an email directly.  That way,
everything I need arrives in standard form in my inbox and I can
easily update my list.

Note:  to keep my spam count down to a minimum, please do not post my
new email addresses to any public forums or web sites.
