I wonder if anybody else has a neighbor that must be unhappy with
contesters?  There is someone not too far away that turns on a carrier and
zeros my run frequency.  It usually happens on 10 and 15 meter fone.  But it
may also occur on 20.  I don't think he does it on 40 or 80.  His signal
strength is usually 20 db over S-9.  It happens several times during a
contest.

He is easily notched out with DSP, but the receiver is somewhat desensed.
