[Mldxcc] CQP log submissions

results out sooner."

If we are to beat REDXA- the Redwood Empire DX Association, we MUST have 
ALL our logs submitted as above.

With the last update of October 27, it appeared there were still some 
not sending in. Don't be concerned if your log has a modest score...all 
we need is a few more points than REDXA.

Reminder: November 12 meeting at RT Pizza in Martell!!
