[Mldxcc] MLDXCC Reflector

hi - everyone - I have just put my arrl.net address onto the reflector and this will be a test message for it.
I am travelling right now and my ability to deal with this is somewhat diminished, but I will do what I can.
In the meantime I will be sending direct emails to our arrl.net subscribers advising them to read the archives until this is resolved.
