Worked the SO1R last night on 30 meters at 0323Z, very good copy and got hm 
on 2nd call with about 200 w into my 80 meter dipole which is about 10 feet 
above ground.  Listening to him now on 40 meter SSB (0242Z) S9 noise but 
solid copy - he is on #4s now.
