The stars must be in the proper alignment...or Pluto  got out of the way. After only three tries, my renewal was accepted in Lotw. 
  Mark Your calenders. The ACARC swap meet will be October 21st in the K-Mart
  parking lot starting at 7AM. Spaces are $10 and there will be a Bake sale. Bring lots of stuff, cash and insulin. 
  ALSO, planning a Ham Cram on   Sat. Sept. 23rd at the Jackson Senior Center 9AM
  Fee including a Technician license for ten years is $25.00. Cheap! Candidates need to buy the NEW book from the ARRL or other ham stores to read the material. The book  can be purchased from the ARRL book store on www.arrl.org.  CUL Ray 209-267-5958
