The Outgoing buro has raised the rate for the first half pound of cards, 75 plus or minus to $5-bucks. Ten bucks for the first pound. Check www.arrl.org for details. 
   
  Any predictions for the Ten Meter contest?  Any stradegies for working dead bands besides watching football on TV? 
   
  Also, anyone hear the VU7 or P40 Ken and Kay on any band?  How about time and frequency.  CU on the 16th.
