[Mldxcc] Blank QSL card--what to do with them?

I've received a QSL card from KH6RR, and my returned QSL card.  The KH6RR
card is blank.  I think the card is worthless without the information
confirming the QSO.  I've tossed other cards that arrived blank.  A few
would have added to my DXCC.  A few were for callsigns I did not contact.  I
recall one envelope that contained four cards for various entities and
callsigns I did not contact.

Now, this card is not critical to me.  I sent for it when I needed Hawaii a
few years ago (March 2003)  The contact is with a club call.  I'm just
curious how the rest of the club deals with such cards.  They seem to be
less than rare.
