[Mldxcc] New time/date

I don't recall anyone suggesting a concern or change before the meeting,
though I suspect some may have had an opinion.  I don't fault Rick for the
low turnout.  I think other factors were more significant.

I believe we probably had 5-6 WRTC absences, and probably at least 5-6
weather or gas related absences.  Record weekend energy consumption suggests
that many just stayed home last weekend.

What was past attendance like?  Were we within 10-15 of the average
attendance?

As program chair, I was prepared to have a different program,
but several people in the club thought it was a good idea to
have a K6SRZ/K7C rerun.  Maybe I should have ignored those
inputs.
