[Mldxcc] Joint Meeting with NCCC--What do we need to coordinate with NCCC

Fred Jensen, K6DGW, has been asked to coordinate with us for the Joint
Meeting in July.  Dean Straw, N6BV, NCCC President, will be in Brazil for
the WRTC.

What coordination is needed?  What does NCCC do or provide that Fred needs
to know about?  Should I take on coordination, or does it make sense for
someone who has been through this before to take it on?  I'm guessing there
is not much to it, --if-- you know what you are doing.  <grin>.  I'm happy
to do it.

Rick, do we have a presentation set or would you like to work with Fred on
that?

I've been to two joint meetings.  Is there a standard program script?  I had
planned to ask questions at the May meeting, but now is as good a time as
any.

I'm looking to raise my comfort level and figure out who to tell Fred to
coordinate with.
