[Mldxcc] CQP assisted SO?

I should know this, but I've been on expedition for all previous CQPs.  I'm
operating from home this year.
I don't see any reference to packet use or SO assisted.  I'm assuming that
SO means no packet or assistance and that if I use packet I need to be MO.
Yes?
I plan to run as much as possible, but would S&P for mults via packet if
that made sense.
(Never say out loud that you haven't had trouble with your internet
service--been down all week.  Packet was almost a moot point).
