[Mldxcc] Contest log name: Mother Lode DX/Contest Club

We discussed what club name we should be using on our contest logs.  I was
asked to verify the name on the ARRL web page.  Based on the name of our
club on the ARRL Club web page and the Contest Club page, we should be using
"Mother Lode DX/Contest Club" on our logs.

I will ask 3830 to add this name to their web page.
