Just a reminder for all:

QSOs made with Swain's Island, KH8S, on or after 0001z, July 22, 2006 will
count for DXCC credit. Cards can be submitted for DXCC credit starting 1
October.  The 2005 Swain's Island, KH8SI, operation counts for American
Samoa.

Effective June 28, 2006 (UTC), The Republic of Montenegro was added to
the DXCC List.  Cards for DXCC credit can be submitted now.  But, YU6AO HF
QSOs prior to July 4, 2006 do not count.
