[Mldxcc] Fire Lookout Rental Information

Looks like an interesting spot - someone nearby should (please) go up soon and check it out, before the snows hit. We'll need to remember to reserve it in December!

Not having to pitch tents, and having a nice tall structure to carefully hang antennas from, sounds wonderful!-)
