[Mldxcc] March meeting

The NCDXC never meets in April, due to Visalia.  I have
suggested we have fewer meetings per year, and eliminating
the April meeting is a good start.

Having said that, Field Day will be here before we know it,
so we need to make the most of the remaining meetings.
We should probably try to do some of the coordinating on the
reflector here rather than to depend on meetings.
