W7YAQ (E51PDX, E51YAQ), Bob, and N7OU (E51PEN, E51NOU), Bill, sent
their original paper work to the DXCC Desk in January of this year.
Somewhere between Oregon and Newington the paper work was lost. The
November 2006 paper work was resubmitted to the ARRL DXCC Desk and has
since been approved. Both Bob and Bill apologize "for the
inconvenience" and thank DXers for their patience.
