I will be attending the Pacific Division Cabinet Meeting. Would anyone else
like to attend? We can send two representatives. If you would like to
attend, let me know so I can RSVP to Bob.

The meeting starts at 0930 in Livermore and ends promptly at 1500. A simple
lunch is provided. Two years ago it was a buffet style sandwich, drink and
soda. Nice basic lunch, but keeping the membership's budget in mind (and
I'm not sure who paid for it).

The meeting consisted of a series of discussions of ARRL activities and
questions to the club representatives on ongoing or future issues. I would
not say it is one of the most interesting meetings I've attended, but it is
one way the ARRL leadership hears from the membership. I suspect our club
is well represented throughout the year through individual contacts.

For those of us less well connected, this is an opportunity to meet the
section leadership and exchange information. If you are interested in
attending, send me a note by Wednesday and I'll confirm our attendance
Thursday morning.

Hi Rich,

Thanks for your RSVP. This note will translate adequately into an agenda
item. Please confirm that your club is sending only one representative, so
the meal headcount will be accurate.

Hello, Bob. I'm RSVPing to attend the Pacific Division Cabinet Meeting as
the representative for the Mother Lode DX and Contest Club.

I've been asked to raise the issue of returning contest scores to QST. Is
there a specific format for submitting agenda items?
