[Mldxcc] Contesting Question

While checking my WPXSSB log for QSL's I may need I discovered that the call of KG4W was issued to a guy in Virginia just before the contest and I can find no evidence he has ever been to "Gitmo".  My logging program automatically assigned the KG4 prefix to Guantanamo Bay with 2 contact points per contact.  My question is: should I submit a corrected entry to avoid (or minimize) penalty action for errors?
