[Mldxcc] Great Web Stie

YK9G was building in strength last weekend to the point where I
was able to call him for at least 30 minutes.  Then all of a sudden,
he completely dropped out here in CA.   He continued to be spotted
by non-CA stations.  I don't know what that was all about.
