[Mldxcc] Supplies??

We are in possession of three (3) boxes of miscellaneous supplies used 
for joint
MLDXCC/NCCC meetings. There are eating utensils, napkins, salt & pepper 
shakers,
for instance. Boxes measure 12" x 11" x 16".
Questions:
If meeting in restaurant was considered successful, will we be holding
future meetings in similar venues?
Does this make supplies surplus to our needs? Should we donate them to 
Senior
Center, Red Cross?
Would someone like to 'host' these boxes if we decide to keep for Field 
Day or similar use?
We can bring to August meeting which we suppose will be held at Mt 
Mike's, oui??
