[Mldxcc] CQWW SSB & CW Contests

To all,
  At our November meeting our club agreed that we would submit an MLDXCC entry in subject contests.  Last week I asked for our members to provide me their scores so that I could generate the appropriate documentation for a club entry.  As of this time I have received two CQWW/SSB scores in response to this request; this makes a total of three entries (including mine) but I seem to remember 3 or 4 people at the meeting discussing their scores but it will not help the club if I cannot submit their call sign and score on the club documentation.
  
  This morning I noted on the reflector that some of our members are submitting their CQWW/CW scores for the NCCC.  If we were really not interested in a MLDXCC contest entry then why did everyone vote for it??????
