[Mldxcc] Antenna query

HI:

 

I am thinking of putting up a Half Square antenna for 80 meters, feeding it
one end of horizontal wire (current feed).  Anyone have experience with this
antenna?  Compared to center fed dipole?  One of my reasons is to get the
feed line at a support point.  Any help or suggestions??
