[Mldxcc] [NCCC] VP6dx 12m open at 2200

I just ran out a bit ago and converted my N-S 40m dipole to
a 10m EDZ to see if that will help.  The lobes on the 40m
dipole weren't pointing where I needed them :-)
We'll see what happens now.
