I just received this update from N6RER/K6KM.

It's about 3:30 P.M., and the residents of portions of lower Paradise
are being evacuated to the
Paradise Senior Center.  All we see from our home is a lot of very dark
smoke.

My office building has just been ordered evacuated.  Hopefully the
firefighters will make a stand
before the winds pick up tonight and save most of lower Paradise.

As Bill mentioned this morning, we're OK so far.  Thanks for asking.
