HI:

I am hearing noise on 20 meters  The noise peaks at S9 and is about 10 KHz wide and occurs about every 60 KHz.  I noticed it last night on the phone band.  Tonight it the same only the 10 KHz band has moved some in frequency.  On the CW band there is a 10 KHz band between 14040 and 14049 also about every 60 KHz plus or minus, through the phone band.

Any others hear this?
