Just fooling around in the South America/Caribbean QSO Party (er - ARRL DX test) this weekend while doing household chores.

  Whopping total of 31 QSOs - four of them with HC8A-  and 2,700 points. Interesting that the A Index remained at 23 all weekend and then immediately dropped to 11 as soon as the contest ended. The propagation gods must have a real sense of humor. Actually - I had more fun working through the pileup for 5X1NH on 20 cw Sunday afternoon. Really looking foward to the WPX SSB test at the end of the month, conditions permitting - now that I can finally contest without any TVI problems with my neighbor.
