[Mldxcc] Meeting Dates

We may want to discuss this further.
There is the CQ WPX RTTY contest as well as
the SSB Sprint that some may want to operate & not miss meeting if
held on Feb 13.
The RTTY contest starts 0000Z Feb 13 (Fri. eve PST)-2400Z Feb 14.
Sprint starts 0000Z on Sun Feb 15 (Sat eve PST).
CW Sprint is Feb 7/ 6 PDT.
ARRL DX is Feb 20-21. (48 hrs).
RTTY NAQP on Saturday, Feb 27 1800Z-0600Z. (10 AM-10PM PST)
