Both have been updated on the website.

Sign-Up Plan:  Now at 29 and counting.

Pre-Fill Files:  You can download the Pre-Fill files directly,  
unzipped and ready to go.  Also added instructions on how to use them  
with N1MM and WriteLog.

If anyone can create files and verify use for Win-Test, I'll post the  
files.
