Thanks for forwarding Bill Moore's Msg. No wonder Lotw and WAS instructions are barely comprehensible. Did he to work for the Treasury or IRS before the ARRL? 
If I Delete this msg will it be deleted or restoreable at a another time?
If Deleted isn't Deleted then why delete in the first place. Lets delete the word deleted. 
 
I love these philosophical questions before breakfast.
