[Mldxcc] What club name do we use to submit to CQ160 contest?

Thanks Rick,
  At this time our official CQ name is "MOTHER LODE DX/CONTEST CLUB".  This is a direct copy/paste from the CQ list.  As I understand I will need to send CQ a list of all of our entrants along with an "aggregated club score" to CQ in order to have a club entry.  Please provide both myself and Norm/N6JV with your data.
