[Mldxcc] another email moderation question

I have an email that is 2MB long from Jettie W6RFF that was held by
the reflector as being too long. It appears to be some sort of music
file related to ham radio (it's hard to tell for sure from the admin
interface).

Two questions:

- Does anyone have a problem with me releasing this large file to the reflector?

- The current message limit is just 40KB which seems to work for most
purposes, but should I make it bigger?
