[Mldxcc] The California QSO Party 2009 - Logs Due November 15, 2009

Thank you to all who participated in the 2009 running of the California 
QSO Party. Thanks to those who got their logs in (via the web, email or 
paper logs).

Our server had issues this year so a lot more logs came in via email. 
Email is a manual process and it takes a lot longer for us to handle 
those. The server has been running fine the last couple of weeks.

If you have not already submitted your log, please do so as soon as 
possible. Already we have over 670 logs.
