Rally:
Several folks have requested a Rally Schedule. Here's my suggestion
for this weekend for those who feel it will help:

Saturday:
6:00 pm: 3865 +/- 50 kHz
11:00 pm: 3865 +/- 50 kHz

Sunday:
1:00 pm: 7235 +/- 50 kHz
6:50 pm : (last ten minutes of contest): 3865 +/- 20 kHz

Spots:
1. If you are operating SO-Unlimited or MultiOp, and using packet,
the easiest way to work another NCCC member is to Pounce on the spot
when you see it.

2. I know we'll be relying on K6III, N6AJR and others to be our
spotting gurus, but when YOU S&P, your should spot every QSO, so we'll
all benefit.

3. If possible, don't forget to set your logging program to
automatically spot each S&P QSO. For N1MM users: Config --> "Spot
All S&P QSOs."

Dupes:
Good reasons to work all Dupes (from another reflector):

1. The first QSO you made didn't make it into the other person's log
for some reason and he wants to work you again. Maybe his computer
crashed and he lost his log and he had to start the contest over.

2. Maybe the station got your callsign wrong the first time you worked
and he doesn't think you are a dupe OR he has your callsign wrong now
and wants to work you again.

3. You had his callsign wrong, thought it was a new QSO, but figured
out his correct callsign during the QSO, but logged it since a QSO had
taken place. Some stations will just work you again if you call and
not tell you they think you are a dupe.

Bottom Line: Don't waste time -- just work 'em again, but make sure
the exchange is accurate.

KB and GL this weekend !!

73,
John K6MM
