After counting the email ballots, the vote is 29 in favor, 0 against. We currently have 40 members with paid up dues. The current, pre-vote, bylaws require a favorable vote from 2/3 of the membership to amend bylaws. Two-thirds of the membership is 27 votes (26.7 votes rounded up). Thank you Rich NU6T
