[Mldxcc] Add Club Request - Mother Lode DX/Contest Club

That is a gotcha on me.  I went to our web site to read what the club name is in the by-laws but I didn't even bother reading the home page.  It appears that we need to change the banner on our web site.  Can we do this without a vote at a meeting?

Hi Dick,

What was incorrect about the first listing? As I recall the first 
listing specified the club name as "Mother Lode DX/Contest Club", but 
when I looked at your web site it has "Mother Lode DX & Contest Club" 
throughout the site, so I changed it.
