I can hear them at about S2 on 14214.6 listening up.  They are not working North America.

They were spotted on 14014 Thursday morning.  That must be the
right frequency, because I can hear the frequency police on it.
However, no trace of FT5GA either short or long path on the MonstIR
in Galt.
