[Mldxcc] [NCCC] M6T CQWWCW

Whatever contests are focused, I would like to see some liaison between 
the other
clubs...MLDXCC, REDXA, for instance.
We would like to make our presence known as I think showing up in 
contest listings
can be a tool for recruiting. In return, as we are within NCCC 
territory, we encourage
membership in the world's finest contest club for major events like SS.
