[Mldxcc] Suggested Contest Freqs

Many of us have had trouble finding a 'clear' spot on 75 meters in Sprints &
other events. There are some comments on 3830 suggesting frequencies be
moved lower in band to possibly avoid some of the 'nets' & roundtable 
conversations.
The General class band is at 3.8-4.0, while Advanced Class can go to 3.7 
& Extras
can operate all the way down to 3.6.
Are there any/many General class ops participating in these SSB 
contests? Would
moving suggested frequencies lower help alleviate strain, etc.?
