[Mldxcc] Soapbox Comments - CQP 2009

We've had some great feedback from last year's CQP.  Over 125  
participants took the time to comment on their experience in the  
California QSO Party from last October.  AD6E, N6DE, N6RNO, and I  
collected the comments from submitted logs.

I converted them to a "CQ contest" type of format and have uploaded  
the PDF file to the website.  You can download it from either the
