[Mldxcc] Help Needed: 2011 IDXC Meeting In Visalia

The 62nd IDXC meeting in Visalia is scheduled from April 15-17, 2011.

We can use some help in several areas.

Registration
- preparing packets
- helping at the check-in table

Saturday Tour
- organize the traditional tour somewhere near or around Visalia
- help and advice is available from previous tour leaders

Vendor Relations
- interface with Exhibitors
- help organize the Exhibit Hall (assign spaces, etc.)

Swap Meet
- work with hotel to set up and monitor the Parking Lot Flea Market

Publications
- Committee Chair is Rob, K6RB
- work with Rob to help put together the convention booklet

Prize Distribution
- help handing out prizes to raffle winners

Raffle Sales
- Chair is Carolyn, WB6ABC
- help selling raffle tickets during registration
