[Mldxcc] CQP Membership offer?

Ray,
  As of this time we have not discussed formalizing this scenario so I would deem it to be in effect.  I would personally like to caveat the "dues free" with a requirement to log a specific threshold number of contacts.  How does 100 sound???

Shirl, is the MLDXCC offer of free membership for the current and following year for new members submitting a log for MLDXCC  in CQP still good? I'm giving a program on contesting for the ACARC the 5th of May meeting. Maybe stir up some interest.
