What arrangements are being made for collecting & distributing
meal tickets for joint meeting? Does Carolyn need to get some
change...what are we using for tickets?

UN has approved So. Sudan membership & ITU has issued telephone
code. Only a matter of time before call is issued to Intrepid DX Group.
At previous meetings we agreed check would be sent pending NCDXF
funding. That has been accomplished & DXpedition is imminent. Should
we send check now...when??

BTW, Carrow's-adjacent to Spaghetti Factory-is a good spot to get out of the
sun & have a cup of coffee while waiting for them to open.
